WUFTREK 12-Month Warranty

WUFTREK products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing, material and construction defects from the date the order is delivered. If a product shows a premature failure during normal use, you can request a warranty review.

What may be covered?

• Structural stitching that fails prematurely under normal use.
• Manufacturing failure in rings, buckles or adjusters.
• Parts that were incorrectly installed, assembled or sewn.
• Materials that separate or break without signs of misuse, accident or abnormal wear.
• Products received incomplete, incorrect or with a defect present at origin.

Every warranty request is reviewed individually to determine the cause of the failure.

What is not covered?

• Bites, scratches or damage caused by the dog.
• Normal wear caused by regular use or friction.
• Damage caused by dragging the product or rubbing it against abrasive surfaces.
• Accidents, snags, cuts, burns or extraordinary pulls and loads.
• Use of an incorrect size or an improper fit.
• Use contrary to the product instructions or intended purpose.
• Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat or improper cleaning.
• Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
• Loss of the product or removable components.
• Damage caused by improper storage.
• Normal appearance changes, surface wear, progressive color loss or reduced reflectivity caused only by friction or use.

These conditions are considered wear or use-related damage and are not manufacturing defects.

What does the 12-month warranty mean?

The warranty covers defects attributable to the product. It does not mean that a product is indestructible or that every type of damage occurring during the first 12 months is automatically covered.

Harnesses, collars, leashes and other dog gear are exposed to tension, friction, humidity, dirt, snags and the dog’s own behavior. A breakage is covered only when the review determines that the failure was caused by a product defect rather than normal wear, an accident, a bite or misuse.

Example

If a ring detaches because it was incorrectly installed during manufacturing, the case may be covered. If a strap is cut by a bite, worn through by dragging on the ground or breaks after getting caught on an object, it is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to request a warranty review

Send us the following information:

• Order number or purchase details.
• Product name and size.
• A description of what happened.
• Full-product and detailed photos of the affected area.
• A video showing the failure, if needed for the review.

Receiving a warranty request does not mean it has been approved. In some cases, a physical inspection of the product may be required. If the warranty is approved, WUFTREK will determine the appropriate solution according to the nature of the failure and applicable law.
