Shipping policy
Retail delivery area: WUFTREK currently ships retail orders within Colombia only. International retail shipping is not currently available. For wholesale inquiries outside Colombia, visit International Wholesale.
Shipping costs COP 12,900 to major cities and COP 22,900 to other cities. Free shipping is available on orders of COP 250,000 or more.
Coordinadora and Deprisa, along with other reputable carriers contracted by them, will be responsible for transporting and delivering products purchased on www.wuftrek.com.
www.wuftrek.com undertakes to deliver products purchased within Colombia, specifically to locations served by the logistics networks of Coordinadora and Deprisa. Therefore, www.wuftrek.com may decline to approve and dispatch an order if the delivery address is outside their service areas.
Products purchased on www.wuftrek.com will be delivered within 4–6 business days to major cities and within up to 9 business days to other cities, counted from the time the purchase is confirmed by the bank or payment gateway. These time frames apply provided that no circumstances beyond the control of www.wuftrek.com delay delivery, including unforeseen events and/or force majeure. www.wuftrek.com does not commit to specific delivery times.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to www.wuftrek.com, a representative of www.wuftrek.com will contact the Customer to agree on the next steps and will inform the Customer of any applicable reprocessing costs.
www.wuftrek.com is responsible for delivering the order to the address provided by the Customer. Any person present at that address will be deemed authorized by the Customer to receive the order. Therefore, www.wuftrek.com will not be liable for a delivery completed at the address registered on www.wuftrek.com.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to www.wuftrek.com, or if no one is available to receive the order at the stated address, a representative of www.wuftrek.com will contact the Customer to agree on the next steps.
