Refund policy

Scope: This policy applies to WUFTREK retail purchases delivered within Colombia. International retail shipping is not currently available. International wholesale transactions are governed by the applicable quotation and B2B terms.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

How to Submit a Request

To request an exchange or return, or to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact WUFTREK through:

Provide your full name, order number, product and type of request. WUFTREK will confirm receipt, assign a case number with the submission date and time, and provide the corresponding instructions.

Do not send any product before receiving the return instructions.

Voluntary Exchanges and Returns: WUFTREK 30-Day Benefit

In addition to the consumer rights provided by law, WUFTREK offers a voluntary period of thirty (30) calendar days from delivery of the order to request an exchange or return.

To qualify for this benefit:

  • The product must be unused, clean, complete and free from signs of wear, washing, dirt, damage or alteration.

  • It must retain its original packaging, labels, components and any promotional gifts received, when applicable.

  • The product will be inspected by WUFTREK before the exchange or return is approved.

  • The Customer will be responsible for transportation costs associated with the return and, when applicable, shipment of the replacement product, unless the request results from a shipping error, a product defect or a situation covered by the statutory warranty.

  • When a voluntary return is approved, the refund will correspond to the amount paid for the product. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when otherwise required by law or when the return results from a cause attributable to WUFTREK.

  • The refund will be issued within fifteen (15) calendar days after the product has been received and inspected and all information required to process the refund has been provided.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In the cases provided for under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, as amended, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after delivery of the product.

To exercise this right:

  • The Customer must notify WUFTREK of the decision within the statutory period through one of the channels listed above.

  • The product must be returned through the same means and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Transportation costs and any other costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the Customer, in accordance with applicable law.

  • WUFTREK will refund the amounts paid in connection with the purchase subject to withdrawal, without deductions or withholdings.

  • For purchases made through e-commerce, the refund period will not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days from the time the Customer has exercised the right, correctly provided the required information and returned the product.

  • The refund will be issued through the payment method selected by the Customer from the legally and operationally available options, which will be communicated during the process.

The right of withdrawal will not apply when any of the exceptions established in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 applies.

Incorrect, Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products

Exchanges or returns involving incorrect, defective or shipping-damaged products will not be handled as voluntary returns and will not limit any rights associated with the statutory warranty.

In these cases, the Customer must contact WUFTREK through the channels listed above. WUFTREK will review the request and cover the applicable logistics costs when required by law or when the cause is attributable to WUFTREK.
