Warranty & support
A commercial relationship with direct support
WUFTREK products include a 12-month warranty for defects in quality, manufacturing, assembly, fitness for purpose, safety or function, calculated from delivery to the final consumer.
Authorized retailers receive the WUFTREK Warranty Policy for Distributors in Colombia, including coverage, claim procedures and each party’s responsibilities.

No. The program is intended for businesses purchasing products for resale and requires a minimum order of COP 300,000 before VAT and shipping.
Do I need to order several units of the same product?
No. You may combine products, models, sizes and colors with no minimum quantity per SKU.
Where can I view wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are available in the WUFTREK Colombia B2B catalog. Access is shared after we review and approve the business application.
Does WUFTREK offer volume discounts?
Yes. Discounts depend on the product subtotal. The complete discount table is included in the Commercial Terms provided to approved retailers.
Are products available for immediate dispatch?
Wholesale orders are made to order. Estimated production and dispatch times are provided with each quotation.
Does WUFTREK offer dropshipping?
No. We work through direct purchases for resale and do not ship individual orders to the retailer’s end customers.
Do I need a physical store?
Not necessarily. We also evaluate online stores and other specialized businesses with active sales channels related to the pet products market.
Is the program available outside Colombia?
This application is exclusively for WUFTREK’s B2B channel in Colombia. Businesses located in other countries should complete the International Wholesale application.
